Scouts
The Scouts programme at SAPS is designed for Primary 2 to Primary 6 boys who are eager to challenge themselves, acquire essential life skills and make a positive impact in their community. The primary objective of the CCA is to nurture boys into self-reliant, responsible, and community-minded individuals who uphold the values of the Scout Movement.

Rooted in the Scout Promise and Law, our Scouts engage in a wide variety of hands-on activities guided by the Scout Method, which emphasises learning by doing, teamwork, and outdoor exploration. Through these experiences, boys are encouraged to develop resilience, confidence, and strong moral character.

The Scout Troop is structured into smaller groups known as Sixes, each led by a Sixer and supported by an Assistant Sixer. This leadership model promotes responsibility, cooperation, and peer learning.
Key Activities Include:
• Team-building games and creative challenges
• Badge work leading to Progress and Proficiency Badges
• Outdoor skills such as cooking, knotting, and pioneering
• Camps, hikes, and nature-based adventures
